Woodland to Serene Lakes
Woodland High School (as Woodland Running Club) took 16 youth and 5 adults to beautiful Serene Lakes - just outside Soda Springs- for 3 nights and 4 days of high altitude running, team building and a break from the 100 degree weather of Woodland.

Yreka to Lake Siskiyou
Pam Borg - We just got back from our running camp at Lake Siskiyou in Mt Shasta area.  We had a lot of fun playing in the lake, taking hikes( getting lost for a short time :) ), and of course running. It was a great opportunity to get the kids together and begin their training season.

Thousand Oaks to Catalina Island -

goal setting and planning session that including camping, golf, kayaking,
