How often are rankings going to be updated? I love reading up on what you post.

*A note: Fayetteville-Manlius athletes rarely ran any track meets this year, because as a team they decided they would rather train full-time for this year's cross country season... and since they don't bring their JV runners to their NXN Region meet, that means there is especially little returning info to go on. Beyond their front three, they are pretty much a big question mark. I included what appears to be their #4/5 from last fall, but I would expect that to be different once the season starts.

Also note, I didn't record all the track times for all the athletes out there to give them a complete profile if the performances I already had for them were better. So, some kids might have run track times and I don't have any track marks listed, or some might have run good miles or 2 miles that aren't included because other performances were already superior. Hopefully no typos as I re-type this...

Interesting early season California meet on September 7 slated to feature four of the girls 2012 state championship teams at Central Park in Santa Clarita (essentially Saugus' home course):

Great Oak (preseason US #2)
Saugus (US #17)
Bonita (US #36)
Jserra (CA #33; top-ranked in D4)

Bonita and Jserra return six of their top 7 from the state meet last year. Great Oak returns four of its top five. Saugus returns three of its top seven.

Randolph NJ has a new runner this year - Elizabeth Lansing who ran 4:45.36 for 1600 last year. They are clearly a top 10 team in Jersey and I have them as #2 or 3 at worst.
